PERAXEL has been a photographer since the sixties. He has a past as a press photographer but today he works out of his own studio located at his familyhome Röamölla outside Munka Ljungby in Sweden.

He certainly breaks the pattern in traditional photographing, to come up with the idea to boil your pictures seems rather odd but the result turns out fantastic. The photographs are developed in a certain way, throughout photographic emulsion that’s been applied on zincplates but also iron and copperplates.

His pictures gets an almost three-dimensional depth, with hologram alike properties. The motives are different, an ordinary street photo works as well as a commercial or a more artistic suite of photographs.
