On stage in Copenhagen someone shouted my name in a
friendly manner.

Mostly, but not always.

Either Copenhagen 'cos it's on a small island and Hans
Christian Anderson is from here, or London 'cos it's home
and I haven't been there for a long time.

When I travelled on a plane with Russell and he took up
crash position as we landed.

Missing hotel breakfasts and wake-up calls.

Get up late, don't get dressed, have a long bath, watch a
couple of films, eat a home cooked meal and spend a
special evening with a very special person.
