Episode 002, Soul Hunter
The station is visited by a "soul hunter", one of an alien species
that appears at the moment of death to capture other beings' souls to
preserve them, putting Delenn in danger.
Episode 003, Born to the Purple
Londo becomes romanticallty involved with a beautiful Centauri dancer, unaware that she's a slave with a mission to steal his family's confidential files. Garibaldi detects some unauthoirized transmissions on the restricted Gold channel.
Episode 004, Infection
Dr. Franklin's mentor arrives on Babylon 5 with relics from a long dead civilization that he hopes will lead to a breakthrough in organic technology, but which instead unleashes a monster. Sinclair tries to avoid an attractive reporter determined to interview him.
Episode 005, The Parliament of Dreams
G'Kar learns that an old enemy has hired an assassin to torture and kill him. The various races on Babylon 5 demonstrate religious practices from their home worlds. Sinclair is reunited with Catherine Sakai, a former lover.
Episode 006, Mind War
Psi cops Bester and Kelsey pursuethe enhanced telepath Jason Ironheart to Babylon 5, where he is seeking to find his former lover, Talia Winters. G'Kar warns Catherine about surveying a mysterious planet in an isolated sector.
Episode 007, The War Prayer
Inter-species ill feeling swells after humans attack a visiting Minbari poet, leaving Sinclair and his people caught between the angry and frightened alien population and an organized secret society from Earth. Ivanova learns an old love has decided to settle on Babyhlon 5. Londo and Vir clash over the fate of two teenage Centauri runaways, determined to be together despite separate pre-arranged marriages.
Episode 008, And The Sky Full Of Stars
Sinclair is kidnapped and tortured inside a virtual reality field by two men determined to learn what happened to him during his brief capture by the Minbari at the Battle of the Line.
Episode 009, Deathwalker
A war criminal wanted for the mass slaughter of many peoples of the non-aligned worlds is recognized during a stopover on Babylon 5, and uses her discovery of an "immortality" serum as a bargaining chip to retain her freedom. Talia Winters conducts some peculiar business with Ambassador Kosh.
Episode 010, Believers
An alien couple bring their child to Dr. Franklin looking for medical help with his life-threatening condition, but are adamant about refusing his only solution, an invasive surgical procedure. Ivanova pushes Commander Sinclair into allowing her to lead a squadron against the latest attack by raiders.
Episode 011, Survivors
A suspicious explosion in a docking bay just prior to a scheduled Presidential visit brings an investigation by his personal security officer, a young woman who knows Garibaldi from the past and is more than ready to believe the worst when it appears he had a hand in the sabotage.
Episode 012, By Any Means Necessary
A fatal accident in a landing bay compels a labor leader on the station to urge her workers to strike for better conditions, which in turn leads the Earth government to send out a ruthless negotiator empowered to use any amount of force to get the station operating again. G'kar must negotiate with Londo for a rare flowering plant that's an integral part of a Narn religious ceremony.
Episode 013, Signs and Portents
Londo becomes involved in more Centauri political intrigue as he acts as a go-between for the return of a national Centauri treasure called "The Eye" to its rightful owners. A mysterious man asks all the alien ambassadors what they most desire. Sinclair and Ivanova finally learn the secret of the elusive raiders plaguing their quadrant.
Episode 014, TKO
An old friend of Garibaldi's comes to the station seeking entrance into a fierce alien fighting match as a way to restore his career on Earth, and gets more than he bargained for. An old family friend comes to visit Ivanova with a legacy from her late father.
Episode 015, Grail
Gajic, a traveller on a mission to find the Holy Grail, visits the station and befriends Jinxo, a worker who is being threatened by Deuce, a local strong-arm man who apparently has Ambassdor Kosh on his side.
Episode 016, Eyes
Colonel Zayn, an investigator for the Earthforce Bureau of Internal Affairs, comes to the station with a specialist from the Psi Corps to check into staff loyalty in the wake of so many recent political crises. Lennier helps Garibladi reconstruct a vintage motorcycle.
Episode 017, Legacies
The corpse of the most revered of Minbari leaders disappears while on station, leading to threats of war from the warrior caste. Talia and Ivanova clash over the future of a 14-year-old orphan whose formidable psi powers have just become evident.
Episode 018, A Voice in the Wilderness (I)
Attempts to investigate unusual seismic activity on Epsilon 3 results in the arming of an automatic defense system, which in turn traps Sinclair and Ivanova below the surface. Garibaldi is distracted by concern over an old friend on the Mars colony, where a violent revolt is underway. Delenn is visited by her mentor, Draal. Part One of Two
Episode 019, A Voice in the Wilderness (II)
Sinclair and Ivanova escape from Epsilon 3 with a fellow survivor, Varn, who might hold the secret to the violent tremors. An Earthforce war cruiser arrives, with orders to secure the planet and its alien technology before any of the others can claim it. Part Two of Two.
Episode 020, Babylon Squared
Sinclair and Garibaldi set out with a rescue fleet when the strange death of a pilot presages the unexpected reappearance of Babylon 4 from wherever it had gone. Delenn meets again with her fellow Grey Council members and receives some surprising news.
Episode 021, The Quality of Mercy
Dr. Franklin looks into reports about a wonderful healing machine, and finds Dr. Laura Rosen and her daughter. Talia dreads her part in carrying out the sentence of brainwiping levied against a psychopathic killer. Londo decides to show Lennier how to gamble.
Episode 022, Chrysalis
Garibaldi gets a tip about an attempt to kill President Santiago as the chief executive tours the outer colonies. G'Kar ponders a Narn massacre in the disputed Quadrant 37. Delenn completes her preparations and enters her cocoon. Londo ask his mysterious benefactor for more help. And as the year ends, Catherine and Sinclair make some personal plans.
