Episode 089, No Compromises
Captain Elizabeth Lochley joins Babylon 5 as its new commander. A member of Earthforce, she quickly and decisively takes command of the station. Sheridan, who is preparing for his inauguration ceremony, receives a death threat, but refuses to cancel the ceremony. Meanwhile a group of rogue telepaths seeks asylum on B5.
Episode 090, The Very Long Night of Londo Mollari
Londo suffers a heart attack and in his coma-like state, sees and speaks to several people in his life - Delenn, Sheridan, and Vir. To live, he must face G'Kar and atone for what he has done in his life. Lennier leaves to join the Rangers.
Episode 091, The Paragon of Animals
Lyta begins to get involved with the telepaths seeking to start a colony. We learn more about why they're there and what they are planning to do. At the request of Sheridan, G'Kar drafts the fledgling Alliance's Declaration of Principles. Garibaldi and Byron square off about the role of refugee telepaths on Babylon 5.
Episode 092, A View from the Gallery
In the midst of heroes and their battles, there still must be someone to clean things up, do repairs and generally get along with life. Mack and Bo, two ordinary crewmen, pursue their normal routine while the station defends itself against an intense alien attack. During the attack, G'Kar and Londo take shelter and discuss their respective childhoods.
Episode 093, Learning Curve
Episode centers around Tannier and Rastenn, two young Minbari Ranger trainees who accompany their teacher to B5. We learn more about the Rangers, how they react to certain problems, and learn more about their teachings.
Episode 094, Strange Relations
Bester arrives on the station with his Psi Corps blood hounds to claim the telepaths who have taken refuge there. When Garibaldi confronts Bester, Lochley intervenes and sends him to cool off in the brig. After Londo escapes an assassination attempt, Delenn makes and interesting choice for his bodyguard -- G'Kar.
Episode 095, Secrets of the Soul
While collecting and collating information on inter-species diseases, Franklin discovers a centuries-old dark secret that one alien race - the Hyach - are desperately trying to hide and will kill to keep - genocide. The Hyachs have killed off another group of people that grew up on the same planet, called the Hyach-Dohs. We find out in this episode that they needed to interbreed with them to survive.
Episode 096, Day of the Dead
The station eagerly awaits the arrival of the universally famous comedy team of Rebo and Zooty. The Brakiri negotiate to buy a portion of Babylon 5 to celebrate a religious holiday, the Day of the Dead, that brings old friends and enemies to the station. During this time of isolation, Garibaldi, Lennier, Londo and Capt. Lochley are accidentally shut away with them. Morden, Dodger, Adira Tyree, and others come back to life for 24 hours.
Episode 097, In the Kingdom of the Blind
Byron's telepaths, armed with information unlocked from Lyta's subconscious, present the Interstellar Alliance with an ultimatum. Londo and G'Kar visit Centauri Prime with unsettling consequences.
Episode 098, A Tragedy of Telepaths
The situation with the telepaths continues to deteriorate and the Alliance members begin to accuse one another of the mysterious attacks on each other's ships. On Centauri Prime, Londo and G'Kar find an old friend - Na'Toth - in a nearly forgotten place.
Episode 099, Phoenix Rising
The telepath situation becomes critical and Bester arrives to take control over Garibaldi's objections.
Episode 100, The Ragged Edge
Another attack on an Alliance ship brings Garibaldi to the Drazi homeworld to search for a witness. G'Kar finds himself the object of unwanted attention.
Episode 101, The Corps is Mother, The Corps is Father
Bester pursues a murderous a P10 telepath to Babylon 5, using the pursuit to train two rookie Psi Cops in the finer points of their new jobs.
Episode 102, Meditations on the Abyss
Without Sheridan's knowledge, Delenn sends Lennier on a mission to try to figure out the source of the raids.
Episode 103, Darkness Ascending
Lennier uncovers hard evidence about the source of the cargo ship attacks. Lise arrives to see Garibaldi. Lyta attempts to strike a deal on behalf of the rogue telepaths.
Episode 104, And All My Dreams, Torn Asunder
The evidence of a Centauri connection to the cargo ship attacks is revealed to the Alliance.
Episode 105, Movements of Fire and Shadow
Lyta and Franklin visit the Drazi homeworld.
Episode 106, The Fall of Centauri Prime
As Delenn and Lennier drift further off-beacon in hyperspace, a Drakh representative reveals its unfortunate plans for Londo and Centauri Prime. The Alliance weighs the socio-political ramifications of the Narn's recent attack on Centauri Prime.
Episode 107, Wheel of Fire
Garibaldi is confronted by Sheridan over his alcoholism and makes a decision. Lyta jeopardizes her safety.
Episode 108, Objects in Motion
The questionable past of Edgars Industries catches up with Garibaldi and Elise. G'Kar grapples with the weight and responsibility of being "an icon" to his people.
Episode 109, Objects at Rest
Amidst farewells and new beginnings, disaster occurs as Sheridan and Delenn travel to their new home.
Episode 110, Sleeping in Light
Twenty years after the formation of the Interstellar Alliance, Sheridan summons his dearest surviving friends for a bittersweet reunion. Lorien returns for Sheridan.
