DEEPSEA
Rare version of the ref 6532 dial marked Deep-Sea.
Serialnumber 216.1xx dated on the inside of the caseback to IV 56.
Calibre fitted is 1030.

This reference number has a special case in terms of it´s shape.
The side of the case is straight, not somewhat rounded/bulky as on other more common Oysters.

A most charming vintage Datejust but also rare as this
version has the white gold bezel and is in original condition
with box and chronometer certificate !
Original green leather wallet is included .
Red black alternating date wheel.The name Datejust is printed in red on the dial but is slightly discoloured into a paler red.

This watch was initially purchased by G.Endre here in
Stockholm Sweden in the early 1960´s. G.Endre (watchmaker) was at the time working for a Swedish company called ASU.
ASU was the official distributer for Rolex at this time.

As this watch remained unsold in ASU´s stock for many years it was finally offered to theire staff at a bargain price....
I bought the watch from G.Endre a few years back.
