No one that works or have worked on ether napster or namezero may read this tutorial. -----------------------------End------------------------- How to get an free .com .net .org adress without banner (you must have an homepage hosted somewere on the net to be avible to do this, you can get one on spaceports.com or geocities or stas.net or something) 1. First go to: http://www.namezero.com and click "free sign up" then you write som bogus name and adress, the only thing that may not be bogus (wrong) is the email and the domain choice (2, Your Choice) cause that is were you should write what domain adress (url) you want to have, I recommend you to make an special email adress with wrong name and adress at for exemple hotmail, so they can't reach you if they notice you "cheated" there service, if you don't understand why they shouldn't be avible to reach you than you may just quit reading this tutorial. after you have write in the wrong adress and name and the right domain email press "submit" at the bottom of the page. 2. If you have entered everything right you should now have an page were it says "You have successfully signed up." after a while you will get an email with the subject "please confirm" and after you have done that you will get an email from namezero with the subject "Welcome". click on it. There it says that you are an memeber of namezero and some more shit. And then go to controlpanel.yourdomain.xxx . example: if your domain is hello.com then it should be controlpanel.hello.com . Login (you have got the password in the email with the subject "Welcome") and then when you have loged in you click the link that says "Home page" click on it. Then it opens the page and it first says: Actual url . there you write the adress to your homepage (like http://hello.freeservers.com, or http://jupiter.spaceports.com/~hello) and after that it says first "Keywords" and then "description" you don't have to write anything there. Press the "save" button on the bottom of the page. Now you can go to your domain (www.hello.com) and see your site there, on thing thought, the banner at the bottom of your page. 3. Get rid of the banner. I'm sure you have your first page on the site (often index.htm , in my case I call it index.htm) on your harddrive (if not, download it). If this crack should work you can't have any frames on your first page. If you have it doesnt work as it should. Open index.htm (your start page) in notepad. now you se your first page in html code. scroll dow until you see seomthing like or or something like that, as long as it starts with write (or copy) in this lines: now it says something like: and much more text. Thats right. Now save your first page. Now upload the first page on your site (just delete the old and upload the new one). Now when you have done that, go to your start page on the net, (example: hello.freeservers.com) and right click and "wiev source" then it opens notbok or notepad with the html code, scroll down to after the , now you should see the script you added before around there somewere, if not your have don something wrong and you have to repeat step 3 (only if you cant find the script u added a couple of min ago). now go to your domain (example: http://www.hello.com) now you first see the banner, then the page refresh automaticly and the banner is gone. and your done.
