The intent with the yearly conferences is to meet other narcotic-fighters in Scandinavia and improve their knowledge. Everything to stop the drug business.

The custom oficiall fom Varberg got a tip from collegues in Helsingborg of how to purchase taxfree booze and cigarettes. The merchandise was to be consumed privately in Copenhagen together with six policemen from Varberg. The custom oficiall said, during questioning, that he had been reading all regulations carefully and was convinced that he acted according to the law. Therefor he went to a shipping store in Varberg and ordered four liters of whiskey, three liters of vodka and seven cartons of cigarettes for the convinient price of 840 SEK. With tax the price would have been 3 150 SEK. There after he let an temporary employee of the store file a domestic transit order, written by the oficiall himself, at the customs dept. in Varberg. There he, himself, recieved the transit order and cleared it. The merchandise was said to be destinated to " Some recievers in Denmark ".
The merchandise was brought in to Denmark by Helsingborg. The " rasions " was divided among the seven and the oficiall got payed for his expences. Most of it was drank and smoked during the weekend in Copenhagen. The year after the oficiall was to attend another conference. This time in Oslo, Norway. Once again he took care of the liqeour purchases for himself and the police collegues. This time it was eight liters of booze, eight liters of strong wine, 1 600 cigarettes and 48 bottles of strong beer. But now a collegue got the transit order and put an end to the plans. So the whole story was revieled.
