Regulations:
The weekly rental price for our houses include the number of beds given in the description under home rentals. The number of persons sleeping in the house may never exceed the number of beds. The price is based on the whole house and not on the amout of adults or children renting it. Electricity is included in the rental price unless otherwise noted.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented if you tell us in advance.

Extra costs:
Extra costs that are given in the description of the cottage can be attributed to extra costs associated with extra beds, bed linen, boat rentals etc. All extra costs are to be paid directly when in use or on the departure day.

Cleaning:
All houses must be cleaned upon departure. Vaccum and clean all floors. Please shake the beds and do the dishes. You will find cleaning materials in the house. We charge you an extra 300 sek if you want us to clean the house upon your departure.

Garbage:
Please use the garbage can on the farm. You will find a sign that says trash on the door of the barn.

Smoking:
We appreciate that you smoke OUTSIDE. There are a lot of people using these houses so in order to keep them fresch and clean we appreciate that you smoke outside.
