Phazelifter is a small program which allows you to change
the icon currently assigned to a filetype. Using drag'n'drop
you simply choose a filetype, and then drag the file which 
contains the icon you wish to use onto the current icon.

The program will enumerate all filetypes from the registry
and then display all entries which actually contains a valid
icon. You may choose to show all filetypes, simply use the 
options dialog.
