My name is Andreas Johansson, I'm 21 years old (as of May 9th). I live in Stockholm, Sweden (to be honest with all o' you it's a suburb, but who cares 'bout details, right?). I'm currently studying some extra courses at KomVux (adult education) to refresh my knowledges a bit before I enroll to College, hopefully this fall. Probably I'm going to study Multimedia/Design in Karlstad (a small town in the middle of Sweden), if my grades are good enough that is.....

During my time off I sit in front of this box, watching the 'tube (mostly VCR, Swedish TV sucks...), listening to music, or - if the weather's nice - out playing football, floorball or cycling. Football is the most fun (I play in a tiny amateur team in my town) and with my lack of talent I don't have to worry 'bout beeing chased by those league scouts, and I wouldn't go very far even in Swedish football anyhow, floorball I play with some of my friends one or a couple o' times a week, and cycling I do when I'm in the mood and it's sunny and warm outside (that doesn't include taking the bike for school/work though, I'm too greedy (cautious with my money) to buy myself a commuter-card...

I listen quite a lot to music (and I like to sing along when I'm certain that no one is within a mile's range of me)... For the moment my favourite artists include: Pearl Jam, Live (perhaps THE best rock group right now), U2 (the old records), the Levellers, Pogues (when Shane McGowan was in the group), No Doubt, CCR, Alanis, the Cranberries, Enya etc.

Though, my primary interest before all others is reading books... This God's gift to humanity! This is something that all my pals seem to get annoyed over, according to some of them books are completely useless as you can watch the movie instead of reading the book! :-)

Some of my favourite authors include J.R.R. Tolkien, Tom Clancy, David Eddings, Leon Uris and Eiji Yoshikawa... Any comments? MAIL me!

So... What's on the tube? Well, I kinda enjoy watching English / Italian football and NHL hockey. And, yeah, just like any sane Swedish guy I know all the statistics in hockey and football and I have my favourite teams...
