to Panta Rei: Panta rei everything is changing! Heraclitus lived from
536 to 470 bc and is a well-known ancient philosopher. He captured
his philosophy in just two words: panta rei, literally everything
flows, or everything is changing. Heraclitus argued that everything
is constantly changing, from the smallest grain of sand to the stars
in the sky. |

and Hälleforsnäs.

| I am
an English man who has lived in Sweden since 1978, the first ten years
in a suburb to Stockholm
called Sollentuna
and then, in Hälleforsnäs a small village between Katrineholm,
Eskilstuna and Flen.
After moving to Hälleförsnäs I have really began to enjoy the slow
village life and the nature of the area after being born and raised
in a town close to London. |

Rei is a greek expression, and I have always been interested
in Greek mythology. |
|
| I think
that "Panta Rei" is one of the most truthful and one of the
most profound things ever said by a philosopher - Time is, and
always will be moving, and we can never return to tha times
that have passed. |
