Swedish fast patrol-boats, Norrköping-class
This ship is one of the usually twelve fast patrolboats of Norrköping-class, built between 1973 and 1976. From the beginning they only carried six heavy torpedos and a 57-mm airdefence-gun. But in 1983 they started to modify the ships by giving them up to eight RBS 15 surface-to-surface missiles from
SAAB Dynamics.
It was on one of these ships I made my military service in 1997, HSwMS Strömstad. I hope I will be working as a naval officer on one of these ships in the future.
