Will this be last album by the band?

Cocteau twins first album were Garlands in 1982. This is of few albums that I don't have. The next album Head over heels also includes the EP (on the CD version) Sunburst and snowblind. On the album there are some great tunes like Sugar hiccup and From the flagstones (from the EP). The biggest problem for me with this album is that I have scratch the CD so I can't play the first two or three songs. The next album where Treasure in 1984. On this album all the songs have female names. The songs have names like Lorelei, Beatrix and Amelia. The album are rated as one the best Cocteau twins album by the press. I must agree that is one of the best album done by the Cocteau twins. The next album The pink opaque was done for U.S. it contains songs from some EP done by the Cocteau twins. On this album you'll find songs like Pearly-dewdrops drops and Aikea-Guinea. Victorialand (the 5^th album) starts of with the song Lazy calm. It starts up very dreamy and about after a minute Liz Fraser starts to sing. The album has a very dreamy sound.The next album The moon and the melodies from 1986 is the only album that I don't have with the band.

On their 7^th album Blue bell knoll from 1988 was the first step towards Heaven or Las Vegas (the sound). But still the sound is like Victorialand a bit dreamy. This album together with Treasure and Heaven or Las Vegas is my favourites by the Cocteau twins. Songs like Suckling the mender are what makes me really like the band - beautiful guitars with Liz voices over it all.

The first album I bought by the Cocteau twins was Heaven or Las Vegas in 1990 (as stated above). This album was their last album on 4AD before they left for Fontana. This is an album that I've played and played and still think it's brilliant sounding after all these years (7 years). The songs on this album are all some of the best that I heard by the band. As always you can't get all the words that Liz Fraser sings.

The two next albums by the Cocteau twins Four-calendar cafe from1993 and Milk and kisses from 1995 are both great albums but the sound is a bit different than their earlier albums. The sound is more easily accessed it sounds more produced (I don't know if that's the real word that I'm looking for). Though Milk and kisses is in the same class as Heaven or Las Vegas. The album includes a 10 songs that sounds like they would done in the god old days but in a 90's sound. From this album they have released two EP called Otherness and Twinlights that included both songs from the album and songs from earlier albums. The songs are remixed by Mark Clifford on Otherness.
