The first time that I got in contact with any stuff of Sheryl Crow was when I saw 'Leaving Las Vegas' on MTV. 'Leaving Las Vegas' instantly did attract my interest and I got a copy of her album 'Tuesday night music club'. In the beginning I my favourite songs were the 4 first songs on the album. After having the album for a while the third single from the album was released - 'All I wanna do' and as we all know this was to become her break through single all over the world. I released that the rest of album was great and 'Tuesday night music club' becomes one of my favourite albums of all time. I still think that the 4 first songs are the best and 'Strong enough' are the best on of them. Between her two album Sheryl Crow released songs on different soundtracks and compilations. To name a few 'Keep on growing' (Boys on the side), 'On the outside' (Songs in the key of X) 'D'yer mak'er' (Encomium: A tribute to Led Zeppelin) and 'I'm gonna be a wheel someday' (Fast track to nowhere).

Sheryl Crow's second album 'Sheryl Crow was departure from the successful sound from the first album. In the beginning I did not like it as much, sure I thought that were some great songs like 'Hard to make a stand' and 'Oh Marie'. The album did grow on me a lot over the time and just like the first album it has becomes one of my favourite albums of all time. Today I even think that 'Sheryl Crow' is better than 'Tuesday night music club'. I think that the 'Sheryl Crow' album is packed with many great songs like 'A change', 'Hard to make a stand', 'Home' and 'Everyday is a winding road'.

The Globe Sessions

Sheryl Crow latest album is called " The Globe Sessions " the title is a reference to the New York studio where the album was recorded. "The Globe session" was released in September 1998. The first single was the wonderful song "My favourite mistake". When she supported this album on the road I did see her live here in Lund, Sweden. This was a great evening with Sheryl performing many of her best songs. Most of my favourite songs are from her second album (Sheryl Crow). This album her best so far in my opinion.
