1. use the "Webbot; Include" for two purposes
a. place a "header.asp" file for the top of every page and a "footer.asp" on each page. When you edit the header or footer files every page with the webbot gets updated.
b. re-use "chunks" or paragraphs of text so you can clone "canned text"/information with 100% perfect replication.

2. Don't rename subdirectories as internal links will break. Instead, make a new directory and then "cut and paste" all files to new directory. Then delete old directory. Now all internal links will be adjusted.

3. Searchbots will find old files you leave on your site. If you want a file hidden from search bots keep it in a directory that starts with a "_" and those files can never be found.

4.If you want HTML that never gets re-arranged (ASP, cold fusion, anything hand coded) insert them with the HTML markup bot and FrontPage 97 won't disturb it.
