Where the high power of the larger PREDATOR may not be required the PREDATOR HX can deliver all of the functions of its larger brother effortlessly and reliably. Utilising the attractive extruded aluminium housing, the PREDATOR HX boasts an outstanding catalogue of features including micro-stepping motors for smooth movement and long life, pure dichroic colours (selectable as 8 separate or 7 spit colours or full colour scrolling), 7 separately selectable gobos, external focusing, DMX512 & 0-10V control, "Stand alone" facility (From internal microphone & programmes) and strobe effect in any colour. The PREDATOR HX's new optical system has enabled the current, needed to run the 250 Watt Halogen lamp, to be reduced, significantly increasing it's nominal life, whilst still producing up to three times more beam intensity than comparable products.
