Is one of the most popular things to do on the internet. Communicating with other people without the abillity to se how he/she looks like is exiting and fun.
Diffrent Ways Of Chatting
There are many diffrent ways of chatting. IRC, ICQ, AOL instant messenger, java-chat and of course web based chat. These are just a few alternatives that I'm fimiliar with for the moment.
Chat Programs
My favorite is ICQ - I Seek You, because you talk private, without anybody anoying you. mIRC is the second best, its fast, clean, and you can't flood it. Java-chat and web-based chats are slow and easely flooded, and to se the latest info you must update.
IRC Things that are good to know when using mIRC. mIRC is higly advanced, and this is just a few exampels of commands. Get started with mIRC. 1. /nick yournickhere 2. /join #channel 3. /exit 4. /kick nickhere 5. /msg nickhere 6. /dcc send nickhere pic1.jpg [to send file]
