TANK CONFIGURATION
2x6 cargo tanks divided P & S by centre bulkhead and building 6 natural segregations of: 1217 cbm, 1514 cbm, 2060 cbm, 1166 cbm, 1669 cbm, 2008 cbm. Double skin and double bottom for clean water ballast in cargo area.

TANK COATING
Cargo and slop tanks, Carbo Zink 11.

CARGO PIPELINE
Cross manifold with six 10" mains, each connected to two cargo tanks, building six natural segregations.

CARGO PUMPS
Six Svanehöj electrically driven deepwell pumps, type NH 150/200-4K, 400/200 cbm/h, each pumping from two tanks. One Svanehöj portable hydraulically driven pump, type NH 80-1-NE, 70 cbm/h. Total simultaneous pumping capacity 2400 cbm/h.

CARGO CONTROL SYSTEM/CLOSED LOADING
Cargo and ballast system remote controlled and monitored by computers (SAAB MaC 501 ) from cargo control section on bridge. Computer system delivered by SAAB Marine Electronics. Closed loading system (acc.to SOLAS 74/8 reg.59) by return vapour lines, high-high level alarms and remote temperature readout plant on bridge.

CARGO HEATING
Primary thermal oil and secondary hot water/glycol system capable of maintaining 60 C cargo temperature at 0 C sea water temperature and minus 20 C air temperature.

 

 

TANK CLEANING
24 fixed Toftejorg tank washing machines for hot water TZ-82.
Two tank cleaning water heaters, each with capacity 2906 kW.

BALLAST PUMPS
Two Behrens ballast pumps type VNF 8/300-NW 250/250. Capacity each 500 cbm/h against 20 mWC.

MAIN ENGINE
One MaK 8 cyl. diesel engine, type 8M 453C, turbo charged, four stroke, single acting, developing 2940 Kw/600 r.p.m., running on HFO 380 cSt at 50 C.

REDUCTION GEAR
Tacke HSU-950C-600/108 r.p.m. with PTO 600/1800 r.p.m.

CONTROLLABLE PITCH PROPELLER

EMERGENCY GENERATOR
One Perkins diesel engine type T4. 236, coupled to a Stamford generatortype MHC 234 D, developing 68, 75 kVA at 1800 r.p.m.

THERMAL OIL BOILERS
Two heavy fuel oil fired boilers type HTI HE 25V40, each 2907 kW. One exhaust gas economizer type HTI HE 04V40, 600 kW. One electrical heater type EHE 6H 264, 264 kW. One steam generator, capacity 1500kg/h at 8 bar

WINDLASS AND MOORING WINCHES
2Xcombined anchor/mooring winches. 6X8 tonnes mooringwinches. All winches remotely control-led from wheelhouse.

DECK CRANE
One ABAS KDE/H80-13-13M(13)5T EX hose handling crane, 5 tonnes SWL at 13 metres outreach.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT
One radar 10 cm type ARPA, one radar 3 cm relative motion type with anti-collision equipment, Decca navigator satellite navigator automatic pilot system connected to gyro compass, direction finder, VHF telephone, wireless transmitter log, echosounder, electromagnetic log.
