The effekt you need for hotpress is 3-4000 W per m2 each side.

Exampel: Mould for one seat
Veneer size 450 x 450 mm = 0,20 m2.
You need at least 600 W each side.
If you have 220 V you can use 12-15 meter long wire.

For this mould you need 6 pcs of aluminium profile
length 450 mm, total 2,7 meter,
and 2 wires of 12 meter length each,
total about 24 meter wire.
