My children are held hostage by the United States Judicial System, in protection of women's right to destroy the relation between a father and his children. Personally I think that, since women generate more revenue in the Family Law Business Area, they are also looked on as clients and business partners by courts and lawyers. My ex-wife is from Spain and I am from Sweden. We did not have any family in the U.S. We where there due to my international contract with a Swedish company where I have worked for 25 years. 14 of these years I have worked outside Sweden in different countries. In the U.S. we lived 5 years in Connecticut, Texas and Minnesota. In the contract it was clearly stated that our home country was Sweden and after completion of the contract we should return here. In 1995 my international contract was terminated and we where supposed to return to Sweden . My ex-wife was studying Social Science (Women Issues) at Colleges in Minnesota and did not want to move back. She proposed that I should have custody of our children while she should have custody of our savings. When I refused to give her any money she filed for an Order for Protection, accusing me of wife and child abuse, and I was removed from our home. Two months later the order was dismissed without prejudice and without any consequences for my ex-wife. The seed was planted and I was now a violent father and husband regardless of the facts. That there was no evidence is just a sign of the inadequacy of the justice system. Men should be convicted on women's stories. Maybe not by the law but by the bias attitude against fathers that governs the practice of Family Law. My intention has always been that we should get help from a mediator to find the best solution for our children. But that was denied based on my ex-wifes accusations and request for a custody evaluation. To her disappointment, the Family Court Services recommended that I should have custody of our children. Of two good parents I was considered the best choice for the children. But Minnesota Justice System, impersonated by Judge David Duffy and Referee Patrick Meade, disregarded their own custody evaluation and decided that the children should stay in Minnesota. First with liberal visitations rights but without any passport or tickets. One year later with supervised visitation and a jail sentence. Contempt of court is the reason but it seems more like a personal revenge from Judge Duffy for not being able to humiliate me in the name of justice. Since I live in Sweden, I am free to have my opinion about him and U.S. justice system without fear for my personal safety. Father's and children's human and civil rights are knowingly neglected by removing their legal and economical means to maintain a relation. Instead we are looked on as criminals for not voluntary supporting ex-wifes that place their eggs in the other hen run. They call it child support but without any accountability for where they spend the money. I am sure that my ex-wifes lawyer is getting her share of the money they collect every month.
