Fredro Starr/Never (Fred Scruggs Jr.) is both a rapper and an actor,
he is a member of Onyx, with his cousin Sticky Fingaz and third
member Sonee Seeza, and he has starred in a few movies and TV
series. He is now playing Moesha's boyfriend, Q, on "Moesha".

His first acting project was in a television pilot series called "B-Boys",
but it was cancelled. In the film "Sunset Park", he played the leading
role of Shorty opposite Rhea Perlman. He played Black in "The Addiction",
and had a role in "Clockers". He also starred in the film comedy "Ride".

Fredro was nominated for a Cable Ace Award as Best Supporting Actor
in the TV film "Strapped", where he played Bambu. He also made guest appearances on "New York Undercover" and "Law and Order". He wants
to be the next Samuel L. Jackson.
