Two in one Hand 4 0

This is the most simple way of juggling where there are more balls than hands. There are three ways of doing two in one hand: rolling out, rolling in and columns. Rolling out means that the balls are thrown on the inside and caught on the outside. Rolling in means throwing the balls on the outside and catching them on the inside. When doing columns the balls are thrown straight up. Most four ball patterns are based on two in one hand.
