Ibiza 1997
We went to Ibiza the first
week in August during 1997, there we stayed at Hotel Marigna at Calle Al Sabini
18 the only gay hotel in Ibiza town. It has a sunroof with Jacuzzi, where you
can stay if you do not want to go to the gay beach.
At the evening there are a lot off gay bars in Ibiza town that you can go to,
depending off what you like and what you are looking for. We really enjoyed Foc
I Fum Bar at Calle La Virgen 55 and Bar Incognito Calle Santa Lucia 23. The
only gay disco is still Discoteca Anfora at Calle San Carlos 7, where the men
undress and dance through out the night. The Anfora also has the biggest
darkroom in Europe.
The gay beach is located at
Playa Es Cavallet close to Playa Salinas and you have to take the bus line 11
for 20 minutes and then you have a 20 minutes walk to get there. They have a
beach restaurant Chiringay where all the boys are showing off and looking at
each other.
