| Here you can se the origin to one of my paintings "Tjåmuhas". The picture is taken from the lake Solbackasjön that you can see in the foreground. The painting is from a black and white printing of the picture. When I paint I do it on a canvass that I have fastened on a wooden board.
The advantage is that a certain size doesn't limit you, you become free to cut it according to how the paining emerges. I don't strive to paint figurative, while the color composition is much more important, to catch a vivid light. |

| Several of the paintings are also non-figurative. These are often inspired by just playing around with the colors. Chance creates something that can be built to an idea. Sometimes I also have an idea of that something special should be in the paining, or that I'm inspired by a certain color. |
