The LA Times reported that negotiations are going on for the Rolling Stones to play New Year's Eve '99 at New York's
Madison Square Garden. There's also rumours of a show at Wembley Stadium that day. Other rumours talking about shows at
both MSG and Wembley (as there a 5 hour time difference, it's possible).
