From our camp near Ayers Rock we started our round trip by visiting the Olgas.

Here are the Olgas seen from the other side.

Here's the coach groap gathered in front of Ayers Rock waiting for the sunset.

Here's the rock itself in the last sunlight.

The next morning we saw the sunrise at Ayers Rock and then it was time to climb it. We climb in the early morning because then there's shadow on the only path.

After the first steep path it flattens and we come up into the sunshine.
