Natural watercleaning - completely without Chemicals

Water is the most common and most important substance in our world. It circulates continously and is therfore easy for the attraction of salt of grounddeposits, lime, iron, hevy metals, salt of agriculture, for example nitrate and nitrite. There is no absolute clean water in our nature. With us can you be helped. We have a long experience with the cleaning of water and sale filters and systems for the removal of iron and mangan, deacidification, clear-filtration and removal of radon etc.

Clean without chemicals

Since more than 29 years we have been working with the cleaning of problemwater. This experience is a guarantee for you to get the right system for your waterproblem and a guarantee on it´s function.

Adjustment

Each system is adjusted to it´s requirements. Both, filtermaterial and equipment is designed to individual kind of water.

Wateranalysis

If a wateranalysis alredy exists, will we gladly take a look at that. If not, can you send us a watersample of approximately 5 deciliter. A common juice - or lemonde bottle suits just fine. The wateranalysis is free of charge by purhase of a filter. The filtermaterial and appurtenances are chosen to the waterquality.

Cleaning without chemicals

Thanks to our easy and effective airsupplying method are we able to clean the most difficult water without the need of chemicals. This means effective cleaning with maximum reliability and minimum maintenance needs. The equipment is for cleaning to supply ferruginous and mangan contained water applies the unique filtermaterial birm, which performes the cleaning without the addition of chemicals.

Maintenance-free

Our filtrationtanks are made of glassfiber enriched plastic material which makes them maintenancefree. The tanks are pressuretested with approximately 21Kp/cm2. The water is aerated by an airinjector - which is also almost maintenancefree.

Circulationcleaning

Our type of cleaning, with circulation, cleans real difficult water without comlicated dosing of chemicals and without loading of filtermasses. The system repuires a watertank of atleast 150 liter.

Airseparator
Connection R 3/8". Constructionheigth: 90 mm, o 52 mm, maximum pressure: 10 bar.

Airinjector for the watertank
Avaliable in two defferent sizes: AL-3 (constructionlength appr. 410 mm) and AL-7 (constructionlength appr. 800 mm). Connection 1". o 110 mm. Stainless steel.

Airmixer for hydropress
Type LB-7. Connection R1". Constructionlength for hydropress: appr. 800 mm. o 110 mm. Stainless steel.

Circulationpump
The circulationsystem consist of a pump and a backvalve 3/4". Electrical connection: 220V 1 - phase. Must be installed in such a way to allow watercirculation between the watertank and the filter continuously. This system increases the filter capacity and the cleaningeffect considerably. Circulationpump can only be used in connection with a watertank of 150 liter or larger. No hydropress.
