The one-way diff increases the corner speed, but the car gets harder to drive. It works great on large asphalt tracks. I haven't been successful with it on carpet so far.

Threaded shock bodies aren't better than the standard bodies, they just make it easier and faster to adjust ride height and tweak. The price difference between threaded shock bodies and a complete set of threaded shocks isn't much, so I recommend you to buy the complete shocks. That way, you will have a spare set of shocks.
