Emmerdale Theme Tune

At the special request of RATUE stalwart Sal, I have chewed my way through
the Nokia 3210 manual and turned proper musical notes into the
gobbledygook which will make said 'phone chime the harmonious strains of
Emmerdale theme tune.  This product is fully guaranteed to give you a red
neck on the train, or earn you serious slaggings from your friends and
colleagues.

Unfortunately, the Emmie theme tune is too long for it all to fit in the
memory allocated for one ring tone - it cuts out about five notes before
the end!
I've given the code below for the first two lines, ie. up to point where
it sounds OK to stop.  The last two lines are there too, since I tested
this on a 3210, and I don't know whether or not the newer models can store
more.

Just a little point, to help you out:  where it says, for example
"6(hold)9#", you should press no. 6 and hold it until it beeps twice, then
press no. 9 then hash (#).  Otherwise just tap the keys exactly as
written!

Since this has taken me bl**dy ages to work out,  and it doesn't seem to
be available anywhere else onthe web for nowt, may I be so bold as to
