Auril's Blesstide - On the dawn of the first frost, it is declared Auril's Blesstide. Everyone wears frost and no eats or serves a hot meal in deference to the goddess of cold. This is more of a warding holiday (one that will stave off the attention of the goddess rather than attract her notice) than one to celebrate.

Alturiak 4, the fall of Myth Drannor - The Fall of Myth Drannor is considered on of the darkest days, especially in the Dalelands and by the elves. On this day, it is traditional to sacrifice something that you make to the Maid of Misfortune. Once again, this is a warding holiday, but a somber one unlike Auril's Blesstide.

First day of Spring - A day of feasting, giving of gifts between friends, and the blessing ceremonies on fields and animals. Priests of Chauntea are kept extremely busy on this day, but on the other hand, they are fed at every house they visit as well as receive small gifts or donations to the church.
