OK, here we have the first update of the Meyer family on the Web. As you can see we have tried to make it a bit more advanced, even though it is miles away from being hip. Both Hanna and Niklas have their own pages with updated pictures and news of their progress. As you will see we don´t have that many pictures of Magnus and Helene. Especially not together. Someone needs to hold the camera/run after Hanna... We also realize that we are of less importance when it comes to be photographed - we don´t change that much over the years. Unfortunately this does not mean that we still look like we are 29. ;-)
| May 1999. It was a sad day, especially for Magnus, the day that we sold our Saab 900 Turbo Cab. :-( Out of all 17 cars that we have owned (!!!), it has been the one we have had for the longest time - almost three years. Hanna does not share his amazement for Saab though. She proves this by saying "Volvo". Ha Ha! | June 1999. Finally we managed to get us both in one picture! We realized that in the last two years we have only two photos of us alone. This is one of them... |

| August 1998. Helene´s mother´s aunt Lisa celebrated her 97th birthday. This of course called for a family get-together. (Uffe could not make it though and Bosse is behind the camera) | May 1999. We celebrated that we had owned the country house for 50 years with a family reunion too. Thanks to Magnus he obscured the view of Helene´s big belly. At this point we thought I only had one more week to go. |

15th of October 1998. We moved into our new house on Kalkonvägen 5 this fall. With the real estate name Kokosnöten 10, we could not have chosen a more wacky place to live, but we really enjoy it and feel right at home (maybe that is just why...). (Kalkon stands for Turkey and in Swedish it can be used as meaning something really bad or low class. Kokosnöten is the same as coconut.)

18th of May 1997 and 10th of December 1998. A little comparison between Hanna´s sonogram and Niklas´. Spitting images, don´t you think? The family resemblance is striking with the profile and all... ;-)

| July 1998. Meeting good friends last summer. At a visit to our country house we saw Maria, Sarah and Nicholas Cornell from Dover, Delaware together with Maria´s parents Peder and Lisbet Ribbing. | July 1999. Maria and her children also came and visited us at our new house. |

22nd of August 1998. At Stan Panis and Tina Ljungqvist´s wedding in Skåne we had a reunion with our Los Angeles friends. From left in the right picture you can see Artur Schmidtchen, Helene Hartman, Anders and Nettan Wingqvist.
