History:
The regiment traces its
heritage to the Göta Logistic batallion raced 1891 and located
in Stockholm. In 1892 it was relocated to Karlsborg. From this batallion
Wendes Logistic batallion was rased. In 1904 the batallion was
enlarged and got the name Göra Locistic corps. In 1905 the
corps was relocated to Skövde. In 1945 two companies where detached to
Nora where they remained until 1952. In 1949 the corps grew larger and
was renamed Göta Logistic regiment.
Colors:
The regiments colors are
blue and white. The banner has a blue background and is similar to the
on of T 1.
