  • february 10th 2000 - I've added the Swedish Power Electronics project Survival Unit. Enjoy.

  • february 4th 2000 - Two interviews added to the Articles pages, one with Ronnie Sundin/Bad Kharma and one with Jonas Kellagher from Soma/Segerhuva/Vehm. A huge thanks to Adrian Hörnquist for letting us use them!

  • january 30th 2000 - MAJOR SHELL UPDATE!!!! There might still be some errors on the page, if so, please report them to us!

  • september 22nd 1999 - We are back after our long and well deserved summer-break, and if that isn't enough - it's also our one year anniversary!!!. This is the first in a series of updates that will probably end up with a major shell-update. Please visit musique:motpol and Ovum, Survival Unit and Folkstorm will be added within a week or so.

  • june 21th 1999 - We are back with 2 new pages, one about Institut and one about Mondo Ebola. Thereäs also some new links.

  • june 13th 1999 - I've updated the Iron Justice disography. I could really use some photos of them or some artwork, if you have any, please send it to me.

  • june 8th 1999 - Lots of minor updates in most sections, updated discographys and so on. The only major update is the new Janitor section.
    I'm going back to work tomorrow, so I don't think that I will be able to update the page as often as I would like to...I could really need some (more) help.

  • may 23 1999 - We've published our first review in the Texts section. It's a review of the recent Estheticks of Cruelty Releaseparty and it's written by Mårten Sahlen, originally for the CMI discussiongroup.
    Then I have a new little silly feature, Oljud's own e-mail adress! You can sign up on the main page and read more about it on Oljud Mail.

  • may 22 1999 - I added the new section Texts which (hopefully) turn out to be a collection of interviews, reviews and other texts about noise and other related subjects.
    I have also created an alternative navigator for those of you who have trouble navigating Oljud. I haven't recived any complaints, but I know that the method I'm using might cause trouble for some users.
    There are some new links, and I've also created some new categories for the links, Bands, E-Zines, Labels, Misc and International Links.

  • may 19 1999 - Some News regarding CMI's new comp Estheticks of Cruelty. I've added Endless Smile to the Swedish-artists page. There are some new links as well.

  • april 30 1999 - I've added Brighter Death Now to the Swedish section. I've also added lots of links.

  • april 29 1999 - There are lots of updates today! Most of them thanks to Ronnie BK, HUGE thanks to you!
    Anyway, I've added the following bands and artists: Anus Presley, Clop Neplat, Proiekt Hat and Supersilent. I haven't been able to get hold of lots of info about any of them but I guess I will...sometime in the future....

  • april 28 1999 - I've added a new artist to the Swedish section, inimikal. You can also download one of his tracks, Time Freezes.
    I've also updated the Bad Kharma discography and added a review of the tripple-CD "karisma" from the swedish fanzine bara ALLT.
    Well, everybody seems to be pleased with the new version of the site, and that's great because so am I! But I got a mail that said the "mouseover-images" (the navigation-buttons) doesn't work in Netscape Navigator 4.5, and that is REALLY weird because it works for me both in my NN 4.5 for Win95/98 and in NN 4.01 (or something) for Linux... Well, if there are more people that have this problem I will have to change it or make a "crap-browser-version" :-) Or the best thing would be if you all got the latest version of Internet Explorer, because I really think it's better then NN...all you wannabe-hackers can hate me all you want :-)

  • april 26 1999 - YES, it finally happened!!! I took some time and translated the whole page and while I was still at it I changed the layout too. I hope that you like it.
    I know that my english isn't the best in the world, but if the Japs can speak poor english and still be cool, why shouldn't I!?

  • 25 mars 1999 - Det har gått ca 4-5 månader sedan senaste uppdateringen, bl.a. beroende på att jag har jobbat och inte orkat göra något åt sidan, men också för att ingen har skickat mig material att lägga upp...fy skäms.
    Nåväl, jag har nu lagt upp två nya sidor, en om norska Origami Republika och en om svenska Iron Justice. Jag behöver dock mycket mer hjälp om det ska bli något vettigt med denna sida, det finns massor av oljudsmusik i norden, och knappt en promille av den finns med här.
    En sak till, bör jag skifta språk från svenska till engelska!? Det skulle ju kräva en del arbete, är det vär det!?

  • 11 oktober 1998 - Jag har lagt upp en sektion om det finska bandet Grunt. Jag måste även fråga er en sak... Animationerna på varje bands sida tar oerhört stor plats, och jag vill nu veta om de verkligen gör någon nytta!? Med andra ord, skulle sidan se lika bra ut utan dem och med vanliga stillbilder istället!? Jag skulle verkligen uppskatta om ni skriver till mig och säger er mening eller lämnar en kommentar i vår Loggbok.

  • 5 oktober 1998 - Uppdateringar på Bad Kharma sidan + ett antal nya länkar.

  • 3 oktober 1998 - Jag kan nu presentera en Bad Kharma sektion! Jag jobbar för fullt med att hitta ljud att lägga upp på sidan, inte hela låtar men i alla fall exempel på olika oljudsmakare. Jag uppskattar alla bidrag, men då jag inte vill ha en massa problem med IFPI och STIM så föredrar jag att artisten bakom materialet bidrar med det själv...
    Fler länkar lär komma under helgen. Även på detta område uppskattas bidrag!

  • 22 september 1998 - Trots att Oljud knappt är klar och "lanseringskampanjen" inte har satt igång på allvar så har det öst in positiv kritik! Detta är verkligen roligt, mer sånt!
    Jag har lagt upp ännu en artistinfo, denna gång handlar det om Norrlandspojken Blod. Ni kan även finna en del nya länkar och lite grejer på kontaktsidan. Inom den närmsta framtiden så lär jag lägga till artister/grupper som Bad Kharma och P2, skicka mig allt ni vet om dem!

  • 20 september 1998 - Oljud har äntligen satt igång på allvar, vilket ju känns mycket skönt! Jag har lagt upp två sidor än så länge, en med Lasse Marhaug och en med Pan(a)sonic. Mycket tack till Lasse för hjälp med diskografin, det uppskattas som fan!

  • 19 september 1998 - "Oljud - En Sida Om Skandinavisk Noise" är då slutligen upplagd på Internet. Jag vill inte säga att sidan är "klar" för det finns ju som du ser inte särskilt mycket att göra/läsa. Jag har skickat ut en del E-Post till artister och vänner för att med deras hjälp fylla denna sida men en massa information, länkar och diskografier. Skicka gärna in det Du har liggande om intressnata artister som du tror kan passa in.
    Oljud är som du nog redan har läst tänkt att behandla Skandinavisk/Nordisk Noise, då jag anser att den är underrepresenterad på Internet. Namnet på sidan har jag valt då jag tycker att "oljud" är ett av de intressantare och underligare orden i det Svenska språket. Oljud borde ju betyda "ickeljud" eller "tystnad", istället är det den totala skillnaden, dvs massivt med ljud och gärna på en hög nivå.
    Nåja, hör gärna av Dig med synpunkter och kritik, det är enda sättet för Oljud att växa och utvecklas!
