World Airways MD-11, N271WA (msn 48518). World Airways operates a mixed DC-10 and MD-11 fleet and no less than nine of the latter type covering four of five versions (the MD-11, MD-11CF, MD-11F and MD-11ER). World's MD-11s spends most of it's time sub-leased to other carriers, Phillipine, Malaysian Airlines and City Bird are just a few examples and for the incoming summer 1998 Aer Lingus and El Al will also receive an MD-11 each.
