2, Contract (/description) of this project between XX and LGAC

This step will lead to a definition of the project purpose measured in "valueframes" with a clearly stated start & end time. The cost for each "valueframe" will be clearly defined.

To be defined;

The purpose, situation, vision/mission, where do we want to go, what are the obstacles to get there, how do we overcome these, What are the benefits/cost e.g

3. The project is going on

Reports will come to you continuosly on how the project is proceeding.

4, Negotiations/meetings with potential customers/partners/distributors/agents

In this stage LGAC will arrange meetings for you to come and discuss

possibilities and opportunities here in Sweden/Scandinavia.

5, Contract/s with the partner/s

In this stage we have to define the contract together. In which way you want to operate, legal aspects, here can our business lawyer can be involved after agreement with LGAc.
