A tactic I have heard a lot about, rushing the two initial warriors
across the bridge. However I have always heard it as a forlorn hope,
only a delaying action. This film is so much more. I let Barazbaruk
tell it:
" On this film I left the archers in town also, lined up at a pub.
The 2 soldiers at the bridge killed three ghols and then led one
party on the long chase. The dwarf was surprised in his thrall work
by a party coming across the river, but was able to eliminate them by
some cute use of trees for cover, while taking out two of the
remaining ghols. Meanwhile the 2 soldier distracted the third wave
again, giving the dwarf time to wipe out the remaining thrall at the
bridge and set a minefield, then sit back and smoke a few cigarettes
while waiting for the last wave. One of the soldiers killed the final
ghol using gholish psychology. Most of the final wave perished in the
explosion, and the dwarf (using trees again) took out the three
remaining soulless and the surviving thrall.
Clean sweep, legendary win with three units"
"It demonstrates how to freeze a fetch in the first pond, but I accidentally killed it before it was stuck for very long. It'll stay there until the zerk moves. I ambushed one group near the mine, killed two at the ramp, then had to go out and trap the last group. All the enemies cleaned out, no casualties, and not a lot of boring running around."
This is - IMO - the best film of the lot, despite being "only"
Normal.
Barazbaruk manages to save part of the original scouting party.
But...the surviving scouts leads a trow and many other units back to
the heartshaped plateau for a dance of death.
