Face it, how many times have you not broken the bungie.net rules, just in a normal game:

What! I thought that was the object of the game. Sneaking up on the enemy, threatening him with the sharp end of your swords and slay his units dead.
So select those units and go into guard mode, anything else is not permitted.

"2. Using language that is abusive of another player's race, sex, religion or ethnicity"
How many times have you not said: "Damn dwarf". Why, you aught to be banned.
The fetch are (supposedly) female and priestesses. Therefore any hate remarks about opponent's fetch or your own are doubly forbidden. You cannot say "stupid fetch".

"4. Using foul, offensive or sexually explicit language"
Considering the sheer number of languages and dialects on this world, and the number of foul words in them "Myth" or "Game on" is probably a four letter word somewhere. Hey, "Myth" IS a four letter word in english.
Telling your units to attack is very offensive, more obviously so when you tell your teammates to attack.

" 6. Altering any part of bungie.net, including rankings,"
Aha, I knew it. Those ranked games are really forbidden, because they will undoubtedly result in a change of rank for some player.

"8. Using bungie.net to violate any local, state, federal or international laws"
ANY international law. Hmm, aren't games like this outlawed in Iran or Albania or ...
