IE3D Software Evaluation Agreement

This agreement describes the terms for the use of the IE3D elecromagnetic simulation and optimization package, hereinafter called IE3D. The IE3D package is owned and provided by Faynut Consulting Co, hereinafter called Party A. The IE3D will be evaluated by the evaluator, hereinafter called Party B.

1. Description of the IE3D package:

Included in the package are the following items:

Floppy disks containing the executable and example files of the IE3D.
One SentinelScribe software security key programmed for the protection of the IE3D executables.
One IE3D User’s Manual describing how to use the package and some supplemetal materials.

2. Terms for use of the IE3D software:

For use of the IE3D software, Party B agrees on the following terms:

The evaluation copy of the IE3D is the property of Party A. Party B will return the evaluation copy of the IE3D to Party A after the evaluation time is over.
Party B will not reverse-engineer all or any part of the IE3D without written concent from Party A.
Party B will not expose the IE3D to a third party without written concent from Party A.
Party B will use the IE3D software for sole purpose of evaluation. Party B will not use the IE3D for any other purposes.
Party A will not be responsible for any expense and damage to Party B related to the use of the IE3D.
The evaluation period is ______ days. They will be sent back at _______________. If Part B keeps the package more than the evaluation period, Part B will pay 5000 SEK/month to Party A.
