Audio has been an interest of mine since I got my first computer that had the ability to record audio samples. I soon realized that I could build sound environments for my role-playing games and that way rise the reality of the game. I was also able to compose simple instrumental parts that could play in the background of a certain situation or place. For a long time I used my Amiga 500 with a Sampler that I built on my own to record a lot of instruments and FX:s. I had over 20 Mb when I stopped because I was really not using them. I was just making the samples because it was so fun! But I started to use the PC instead and with my new AWE32 I took a great step ahead in creating music. I bought a keyboard with MIDI capability and a good friend of mine taught me how easy it was to play the guitar. I was sold! The guitar is the greatest thing in my audio life today. I have composed some songs and play as often as I can. I always want to do something more but it ends up with only the song and then no more.
