The Rza is the man with the plan, he founded the Gravediggaz back in 93 (at the same time he founded the Wu-Tang clan). The RZA has been proclaimed "The hardest working man in hip-hop". Prince Paul remembers on day in 1993 when he and the Rza were bullshiting about the future.
"He (the Rza) was telling me how he figured out how to manipulate the whole industry."
"I´m going to do this and i´m going to put these records out, then get bigger deals..."
And i was like "Yeah word" "But everything he said happened exactly as he figured it out."

The Rzarector is the primary producer of the group and also one of three emcee´s. RZA has said that he´s going to take a step back now and focus more on the Wu-Tang and let Grymreaper and Frukwan shine in the Gravediggaz.
