Rae was born and raised in Staten Island a.k.a. Shaolin, New York, he came out of nowhere like the rest of the clan when they debutet back in nine three with their classic "Enter The Wu-Tang 36 Chambers". After that one he has shined on all Wu-Tang solo albums and he has also done a lot of guest apperences outside of the clan. Chef Raekwon tongue is one of the clan´s sharpest he´s almost like the lead emcee of the Wu since he has so many verses on both Wu-Tang albums. In -95 he dropped his own already a classic "Only Built 4 Cuban Linx" featuring his partner in rhyme and crime Ghostface Killah. This album is the best clan album so far if you ask me (along with Gza/Genius "Liquid swords".) Now we are waiting for Raekwon´s second coming "Blood On The Chef´s Apron" which is set to drop in March nine-nine.
