dll first. If you already got the dll, you may download 2 different versions
of the application. The first one handles record lengths of 300 and is compatible with the ones made for OS2 and win 3.11.
The second one handles record lengths of 500 and has a built in conversion. Another words, if there exists a 300 length file,
and you run the app for 500 lengths, the program will prompt you for a conversion of the file to 500 lengths. Note that this version
is NOT compatible with the OS2 and win 3.xx version. The dll and the exe file must be in the same directory.
