Liver. Most cry in desperation when someone mentions liver. My mom can't cook, so when she served liver, it was a thing you chewed on, and kept chewing and it never ever disapered from your mouth. Today I've learned how to do it.

Fry onion and boiled potatoes, low heat. Always start with the onions, since it takes time. Add pepper. At the very last, add the liver which you previously have cut in pieces and rinsed. Fry quickly and this time hot. If the liver gets fried to long, it will quickly get hard and uneatable.
