Palat schinken

You will need:

Palat schinken (Polish Ham). In Austria, the pancakes are sometimes called Polish Ham, indicating the lack of good meat there. The Austrian pancakes are quite different from the Swedish ones, much thicker, but bigger than the american ones.

Mix eggs, milch and flour. Make it quite thick. If luxury, add some butter. Let the dough stand over night.

Next morning, add sparkling mineral water, mix and fry in a pan with butter. Serve with chocolate sauce, chopped almond and ice scream. Scroll the pan cakes.
