I won't bore you with my own military career, but I beleive in everyones obligation to protect his or her country! To be able to do this you need:

* Knowledge of your country and the citizens you are about to defend.
* Knowledge of yourself! What kind of person am I? How do I react in different situations? Am I suitable to be an officer? Am I strong enough in my mind?
* Training. A vital part that has to be revised over and over again...
* Material. I.e. weapons, radars, vehicles etc... This material ought to be among the best in the world!
(* Friends that don't hate you just because you beleive in a strong defence.)
